Overview of the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and commercial marketing executive, with a proven track record, to join our EMEA marketing department in London.
The role is responsible for the acquisition activities of the Client Marketing team for eFinancialCareers EMEA. The overall purpose of the role is to work with the EMEA Client Marketing Manager to define and deliver the client marketing acquisition strategy and continue keep eFinancialCareers as the worlds leading career website for the financial industry.
The main focus for the role is to:
• Generate new business sales leads
• Drive online credit card sales
• Develop & optimise recruiter portal
• Work across the 18 EMEA markets
Core Responsibilities:
- Work with the EMEA Client Marketing Manager to define the client acquisition strategy for EMEA region
- Develop acquisition marketing campaigns with proven return on investment. This includes online, email, direct mail and search campaigns.
- Track and measure impact of campaigns to review and analyse ROI post implementation – Track, learn & refine
- Manage PPC campaigns targeted to clients online traffic acquisition and direct credit card sales on recruiter portal
- Develop and maintain promotional sales materials including sales collateral and testimonials to support the selling process online and offline.
- Manage key events attendance to drive local presence and capture interest
- Work with Jobseeker Marketing, Partnership Marketing, Sales and CRM teams to support sales efforts.
- Work with the EMEA Client Marketing Manager to manage the development and upkeep of the recruiter portal for all EMEA markets in collaboration with the Web development team or any external vendor if necessary
- Manage branding awareness online advertising campaigns and media placement. This includes managing creative and media briefs and liaising with agencies
- Update the sales team and management on trends, market insights and competitors activity.
- Play a key role in EMEA marketing idea generation and the sharing of best practices across EMEA, APAC and the USA.
Core Requirements:
• Must be fluent in either French or German
• Good level of English
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to focus on numbers and results, strong analytical & numerical skills
• Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
• Passion for B2B marketing
• Good team player
• Project management skills with experience in prioritisation & planning
• Experience in an online business preferred
• Financial market experience and rack record in client acquisition is a bonus but not essential
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop a plus
