Leading Online brand are looking for individuals with customer service experience. They currently need several personable and enthusiastic Support Representatives to join their multi-lingual Client Support team.

As a Client Support Consultant you will:
* Receive inbound enquiries
* Display a high level of understanding and knowledge of our client's products and
* Handle customer enquiries with professionalism, following up any follow issues to ensure same day resolution
* Liaise between customers, suppliers, the client and the team to achieve excellent communication
* Identify and escalate any customer complaints/issues in a timely and efficient manner
* Handle e-mail/white paper, in a timely and efficient manner
