Sales Co-ordinator (market research consultancy)

Salary: £24,000

Location: South West London


My client is seeking a professional candidate with a demonstrable market research experience to coordinate the pricing team in South West London.

Ideal Candidate:

This position requires significant client contact/interface and therefore excellent communication and client service skills are a must. Candidates also need to demonstrate their ability to manage and train the feasibility/pricing team (based in London and Bulgaria) against the agreed corporate processes.

• Proven experience conducting research in a market research company or similar organization
• Sales environment business experience in a similar role in a professional environment is preferred.

• High level of English (both oral and written) is a must
• Other European languages are an advantage
• Ability to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working relationships. Successfully manages client expectations.
• Proven track record in managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced environment
• Adept with Microsoft: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and the Internet
• Has a successful track record working with sales organizations to achieve and exceed their sales goals.
• Skilled negotiator. Negotiates or mediates discussions competently, making concessions while accomplishing goals and protecting interests.
• Excellent communication (both oral and written), attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential.
• Must work productively, have the ability to meet deadlines, and possess strong time management skills.



Primary Responsibilities:

• Liaise with clients
• Liaise with all Account Directors/Inside Sales people
• Prepare “high profile” or “complex” research design cost estimates and proposals
• Manage the project feasibility and pricing process via outsourcing company
• Co-ordinate team in Bulgaria
• Act as a single conduit for all cost requests from business in Europe
• Ensure that the briefs are understood and a full feasibility is conducted via outsourcing company prior to accurate costings being provided
• Ensure that the briefs are turned around within a mutually agreed timescale
