Procure to Pay Analyst-VPC team

Tasks:

• Check to ensure that invoices are properly meeting country specific tax and legal requirements
• Scan, verify and initiate various webcycles depending on the nature of the invoice
• Match the invoices against the purchase order
• Check those invoices which are not posted automatically and correct any errors
• Timely and accurate processing and payment of supplier invoices and T&E reimbursement
• Rebooking of invoices if incorrect entries are made
• Resolve back office related queries within Service Level Agreements relating to invoices
• Run final payment proposal and work with Treasury team to ensure timely payment
• Investigate on returned/rejected payments
Requirements:

• Good English knowledge is a must
• Relevant P2P/Accounts Payable experience
• Tax experience is an advantage
• Ability to work in a team
• SAP skills is an advantage
• Financial, Accountancy or Economist degree is an advantage
