Master Data Analyst

Tasks:

• Works under supervision to deliver quality Master Data support within defined services and processes in SAP
• Perform Master Data transaction processing responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, in accordance with defined operating procedures
• Contribute to achievement of Master Data performance and quality standards as defined service level agreements
• Administer approved change requests Creation and maintenance of Supply Chain Management, Finance and HR related master data. Ensuring that information supplied is complete for the type of request.
• Validation of requests to ensure that they are appropriate and meet requirements.
• Support the production of Master Data reports where directed



Key skills / Performance drivers:

• English written and verbal
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Precise work attitude
• Ability to work effectively in an international team environment
• Strong customer focus
• Knowledge of SAP preferred
• Strong ability to evaluate business initiatives and determine their impact on transactional processes, business processes, control environment and reporting
• Proficient in MS Office Suite of programs (e.g. Word, Excel). Experience with Access preferred.
