We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person for the following role:

Management Information Senior Specialist


Purpose of the role:

Working in the Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) function of Vodafone Operations Centre Hungary (VOCH) under the guidance of the CPI Manager to ensure that VOCH Service Delivery Department Management is provided with sufficient information about the Process performance


Tasks:
Management information Team’s key role is to provide support to the Service Delivery Department in maintaining and updating the Core Business Model (CBM) and Localization Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI) definitions and ensure reporting capabilities are in place of them to support Vodafone is on track for operating in a ‘best in class’ environment.
They will provide training to the End Users on how to acquire data from reporting tool (BI) on demand basis and work with Internal Audit and Compliance teams (BCP & CPI) ensure that the right reports are in place to support certain Control points

Requirements:
• Possess solid SAP Business Objects Explorer and Crystal Reporting knowledge
• Experience in report development in Business Intelligence
• Ability to communicate at all levels (to Senior management level)
• Experience in Data Analysis and Dashboard reporting
• Experience in working in a fast-moving environment, providing accurate and timely information
• Fluent English language knowledge is a must
