Support the audit function to give the Group Board and Management process based independent assurance of the effectiveness of the Groups internal controls. Undertake risk based audit activities to identify potential control weaknesses and make recommendations to mitigate related risks.
Information Systems Specialist
Vodafone has a multi-supplier approach to the delivery of IT projects and services, which will require the co-ordinator to be able to manage supplier relationships effectively to support delivery including our main supplier VT-IS. Additionally, the role will have a number of delivery components which will require project management experience to deliver, e.g. Infrastructure changes, improvements, restructure. This role will support the delivery of IS in the VOCH business to be able to provide effective support from IT analysis for the purpose of identifying and defining business requirements, both service improvement and potential projects for change.
Tasks:
Support the helpdesk and Call Centers
Application support Infrastructure related, Office applications and limited SAP
Infrastructure support
Telephony and any other IT support
Provide business analysis for requirements
Undertake project coordination & delivery of identified and approved IT projects to improve the effectiveness of VOCH
Manage IT delivery to teams where required
Acting as the IT interface and IT champion for the Business
Define IT business requirements where required to improve the operational effectiveness of VOCH.
Support the Vodafone IS team in the provision of technical specifications and support the delivery while following the Vodafone guidelines and policies.
Definition of the on-going VOCH business requirements and functional needs
Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of IT service provision (a working understanding of ITIL or equivalent)
Service Management of IT providers in an operational environment, including service level management, incident, problem and change management
Project management experience as a junior project manager supporting the delivery of IT related business needs analysis and IT projects
2 - 3 years experience of working in a IT/IS team, with at least 1 year of experience in Business needs definition and project definition.
Advantages:
Experience of developing requirements and supporting the deployment of Contact Centre telephony product set (including ACD, IVR and helpdesk toolsets, Microsoft related projects)
Experience of implementing IT infrastructure projects (Call centre, PIN printing, Active
Directory)
1 -2 Years experience of managing service delivery
Understanding of ERP (SAP) and associated infrastructure
