Role:
Dutch Customer Service Representative
You will be a Front line customer services executive processing inbound and outbound orders, enquiries, complaints and information through multiple methods of communication in Dutch dealing with all Dutch clients and customers.
You will be working in the Dutch and UK Customer Service Department and will be therefore responsible for effective management communication and processing orders and enquiries. This is a very busy role in a lively multi national environment.
Profile:
Fluent Dutch and English both written and spoken
Proven customer services experience in a call centre environment
Immediate availability.
