Job description
- Informing and advising clients about the products
- First contact person for clients
- Responsible for new orders
- Responsible for administrative duties
- Entering orders into the system
- Handling complaints 
- Contacting clients (via phone and e-mail)

 

Requirements
- Most be able to speak French, Dutch and English on a fluent level
- HBO level
- CSR experience
- Able to work in a small team
- Able to cope with Stress
- Team Player
- Flexible

Salary indication
- 2200
