Job description
This position is to help out for a few months at the order desk. The period can vary from 2 to 6 months.

- The processing and follow-up of sales orders, from input to deliver;y
- The processing and follow-up of purchase orders for direct inbound shipment;
- Ensuring that necessary transport and shipping is arranged, including relevant documents;
- Invoicing of all sales orders and keep track of timely payments (via credit controller);
- Communication with customers and other parties involved on delivery dates;
- Providing excellent customer service to our customers, striving for customer delight.

 

Requirements
- MBO-education
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in an international customer service environment
- Knowledge and operating experience of transport/logistics is preferred
- Microsoft Office, Excel needs to be excellent
- ERP software
- Fluency in Spanish or French + English

Salary indication
€ 1850 gross per month

Travel costs will be reimbursed, but company prefers candidates who live close by.
