Customer Service Advisor / Junior Accountant with Slovenian
Location: Krakow, Poland

Responsibilities:

• providing customer service to international clients,
• processing invoices/ purchase orders and other documents,
• ensuring that queries related to Accounts Payable/ Accounts Receivable/ Procurement are resolved in a timely manner,
• ensuring that all documents are properly allocated,
• effective cooperation with colleagues in order to achieve the team goals.

Requirements:

• fluent Slovenian,
• very good command of English,
• client focus attitude,
• experience in customer service will be an advantage,
• very good computer skills (MS Office, Excel).
