Translation Account Manager with European Language


Our client, an international consultancy headquartered in London, is looking to recruit an experienced Translation Project Manager with Account Management and project development skills. This is a new position with a brand new client account and will therefore require a candidate who has the potential to develop the role into full campaign management. The role will initially be split between London and on-site in Slough.

Main duties:

• Management of the translation and account process will include:
• Managing deadlines and quality control
• Assist in creating new processes when required and build upon existing business relationships
• Enable clear budget and performance reporting to key clients
• Manage budgets, plans and forecasts, and focus on improving profitability
• Manage partner agencies and internal suppliers
• Ensure the Senior Manager is kept up to date on all aspect of the accounts


Candidate Attributes
• 2-3 years experience managing translation projects
• Account management, developing client relationships and developing business
• Planning, budgeting and organising project resources
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and another European Language with experience in translation or transcreation an advantage
• Educated to degree level or equivalent

Salary £28-35K plus benefits
