Job description
The role of the Project Manager is to manage projects within the business. These projects can vary in size from an ad hoc request by client through to the delivery of part of a large programme of changes such as a product launch. Work with clients and internal resources to ensure that initial ideas are translated into clear requirements. Act as a coordinator to ensure that all aspects of a project are delivered on time and to a high standard. Also act as a facilitator in the resolution of issues associated with the projects.

- The Project Manager reports to a Senior Project Manager and has no staff responsibilities.
- The Project Manager provides support to one or more clients as defined by the line manager. The number of clients will be determined by the size of the clients and associated level of work required for each client.
- Work with clients, as the first point of contact for their specific project, to understand the project, often involving meetings with clients or setting up workshops to understand client requirements and establishing the way forward to meet these requirements.
- To act as coordinator to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the project, communicating on regular basis with the Clients Project Manager
- Lead the planning and the development of all project deliverables, whilst identifying, managing and mitigating project risks
- Responsible for monitoring all activities and deliverables of the project team

Requirements
- Previous analytical or project experience .
- Experience in customer liaison
- Educated to at least ‘O’ level/GCSE standard in Maths and English Language or equivalent
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject such as Management of Information Systems or equivalent.
- Experience of working in a banking environment in any area, but preferably card payments.
- Previous project management experience
- Fluency in English and Dutch, with preferably French
