We are looking for Danish speaking Customer Care Agents
to work in Malta for a year

This position is ideal for students who just finished School and wish to come to Malta for a year or for agents who are currently living in Malta and wish to work part time.


Job Description
The work of the operatives involves taking calls and entering it into a helpdesk system, and then escalating that to the correct technical queues for further support.

The right candidate should:
Have a pleasant telephone manner,
Speak excellent fluent Danish as well as English,
Be technically competent in working with computers (entering data etc).

You should be able to move to Malta within two weeks, the client will cover travel expenses and one week accommodation.

Preference will be given to candidates with the following attributes:
a good secondary level education and high verbal and numerical reasoning skills (which will be assessed) at least basic qualifications (ECDL or equivalent) in use of computers and common applications.
