Role: New positions exist for a bilingual French and Dutch speaker Customer Service role. As a customer service representative you will support queries from internal and external customers, by phone or email. Among your tasks will also be some order management and handling of info material and sales support.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak fluent level French and Dutch, fluent English will be an advantage. He/she will need to demonstrate excellent written communication, professional phone manner, organization and computer skills. A previous experience in a customer service role and a sales background will be an advantage.
