We are currently seeking an Asia Pacific Marketing Manager for our International Marketing team located in Pine Brook, New Jersey and relocation could be provided.


Job Duties and Responsibilities

Interacts with Asian television broadcasters, event organizers and others to ensure DISH Network visibility at trade shows, press conferences and other community events.
Develops marketing plans for both acquisition and retention in order to fulfill both long and short-term goals of the company. Tracks results and recommends changes to plan based on research findings.
Evaluates, controls and tracks campaign efficiency and results against goals, budget, and timetables. Be proactive on marketing moves and always one step ahead of competitors.
Develops strong messaging and positioning that aims to outstand the product/services in the marketplace.
Supervises marketing staff that is responsible for the executions of marketing plans including but not limited to; hiring, performance appraisals, training and mentoring.
Manages/conducts research and develops communications regarding the production/services and promotions that are focused on achieving corporate objectives.
Proactively manages interdepartmental activities and processes to assure marketing initiatives achieve desired results.


Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or two years related training; and four plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Skills and Qualifications

Must be fluent in reading, writing, speaking Chinese. Mandarin is a must.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills: ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability, statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane/solid geometry and trigonometry.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret business periodicals, technical procedures or government policy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin languages
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to handle several projects simultaneously and able to develop test plans to measure results.
Good people manager.
Ability to use concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
Willing to travel
