Requirements:

- Medical/Life Science degree (Masters preferred)
- Relevant industry experience (4-5 years of experience in Clinical Research, including 3-4 years as a Clinical Research Associate / Monitor and 1-2 years as a Clinical Trial Manager / Clinical Project Manager)
- Have ability and willingness to travel
- Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation skills along with ability to work independently
- Be organized and have knowledge of financial control procedures
- Fluency in Romanian and English, both written and verbal


Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the successful conduct of assigned projects; time and cost estimate development
- Serve as Project Manager for assigned business development opportunities
- Liaise with senior management to ensure adequate resources are available for assigned projects
- Responsible for on time, on-budget provision of client deliverables for assigned projects
- To lead by example and inspire effective teamwork and to encourage team members to seek solutions
- Negotiate and liaise with clients in a professional manner and utilize resources effectively
