Company: Our client is a leading outsourcing company that has in excess of 20 years experience providing IT, Customer service and sales support to their global client base. Their core business is supporting world leading companies to stream line their processes and service offerings. Their European Customer Service headquarters is based in Brussels (Belgium).

Role: As part of a pan-European team you will work on a B2B project facing average highly skilled clients (IT managers of small structures / medium size IT outsourcer) troubleshooting network issues (LAN and Wireless Networks). Alongside with a selection of European network experts you will provide remote technical support and help the company to improve their products as you will replicate customer issues in laboratory environment and provide relevant feedback to the client.

Skills: The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in Network administration and support preferably experience in remote support at a First level. Knowledge of every different aspects of the network administration (hardware and software) in addition to a willingness to learn about state-of-art equipment. CCNA and/or Network+ certifications are an advantage. Excellent analytical and trouble-shooting skills are mandatory. Each specialist will be in charge of his country so fluency in English and German is mandatory.
