A leading travel company is looking for a Destination Manager to be the point of contact for designated areas and to support the Contract Manager when reviewing contracts.

You will need to deliver high quality services and support for all groups and FITs visiting London Destination Services territories and ensure all contracts are loaded on the relevant database accurately and within deadline, whilst responding to destination information requests accurately and on time.

Duties:
To process and confirm services efficiently and accurately using the Service Reservations system, paying attention to any special requirements of the clients
Checking itineraries and services quoted by sales to ensure feasibility and making suggestions where necessary
Negotiating with suppliers to maximise profit margins
Connecting, monitoring and retraining on the Supplier on-line system
Once contracts are agreed, rates and information will be passed to you for inputting into the AS400
Investigate and resolve service complaints

Candidates MUST have previous travel experience. Excellent English and Fluent French (written and spoken) + knowledge of France (culture & customs) are required.
You need to be computer literate, self-motivated, have attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Driving licence is preferable. Knowledge of Benelux will be a plus.
