Job Specification:
The financial sales executive will be responsible for the sales of advertising space within the financial magazines and associated websites as well as conference sponsorship sales and research. The role will require a dynamic sales professional preferably with at least 18 months experience who is looking for a role in a growth environment.
The ideal candidate will have sold successfully to financial institutions internationally.
The successful candidate will be a proven achiever, have outstanding communication skills both orally and written, will be an excellent net worker, understand the need to be comfortable making a minimum of 40 - 50 effective calls a day and to meet sales targets.
We are not looking for clock watchers, but the types of individuals that have a get the
job done attitude.
The individual will be working with a global remit and have a successful track record of selling across a number of products.
The primary drivers for success as a sales executive will be fourfold:
1. Achieving revenue targets
2. Maximising page yield
3. Networking effectively within our community.
4. Achieving a set number of meetings for the Sales Director in any given week.
Key attributes required to fulfil the positions remit and responsibilities in this demanding
environment are:
Proven sales skills
Outstanding communication skills both orally and written
Good networking skills and ability to close
Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
Energy and dynamism

Foreign languages
Creative and innovative thinker. An individual who has the ability to think and
