Our client, a large successful company is seeking to recruit a German Speaking Junior Sales Support Administrator for their offices in Frankfurt.

Job Role

Working from the Frankfurt office the successful applicant will be responsible for the administration of a range of employees, you will be required to deal with inbound enquiries from management, members, clients and providers, assist in the weekly and monthly sales process cycles and database updating. This role will also include populating the database with client and employee data.

The administrator is a key role in our clients company. This is a varied role which requires a high level of interaction with product providers, clients, and advisers. The aim of this position is to enable the advisers to work in an efficient and accurate manner to deliver services to the company’s private clients providing an excellent level of service.
General office duties will also need to be maintained and carried out with efficiency and organisation. This role with the right character and personality can be taken too much greater levels.

The Candidate

A professional knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as, Excel, Word, and Outlook are a must as is a fluency in both English & German languages

The right candidate will be highly organised and able to work to task under pressure, sophisticated with a high level of common sense and desire to grow alongside operation
Salary: Circa 25,000 Euros
