German Speaking E-Commerce Sales Executive

Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit a German Speaking E-Commerce Sales Executive for their office in Berlin.

The Job Role

The successful E-Commerce Senior Sales Executive candidate will be responsible for driving and maximizing the company’s E-Commerce revenues by focusing on new business sales to companies that require an E-commerce payments platform and/or e-wallet system to fulfill their online business particularly within the Scandinavian and Nordic regions.

As E-Commerce Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for business development with both new and existing clients, E-commerce merchants and other internet-related companies

Responsibilities:

• New business hunter and account enabler
• Create and drive new business through sales pitches, presentations and sales propositions
• Research on leads and potential merchant customers to be approached
• Grow turnover and increase the size of the customer base by acquiring new merchants directly as well as together with the team
• Organise, attend and represent at events and exhibitions tailored to E-Commerce/payments
• Instrumental in the development of various sales

The Candidate

• 2-3 years sales experience in e-commerce/ online payment transaction sector
• Fluent in German or Swiss German or Austrian German as well as English
• Detailed knowledge of the eCommerce market and Payment Solution Sales
• A disciplined self-starter, results driven and committed to achieving career recognition and financial reward
• Ability to lead by example and present a professional image.
• Outstanding relationship building and interpersonal communication skills
• High Internet affinity along with proficiency in MS Office and SalesForce or similar
• Degree in a business or related field

Salary: €30-35k + Commission
