Integration with our client or client designated suppliers for replenishment of the inventory as well as for fulfilment of the web orders. For the eBusiness unit we are looking for an Agent CCC (Call Center Agent).

Job description
Tasks and responsibilities:

In the role of Agent CCC you are responsible for capturing and handling all incoming and outgoing customer contacts (phone calls and mail) in a correct and customer friendly way, complying with the target figures as agreed with CCC-clients. For each interaction, you’re responsible for supplying the customer with correct and complete information (according to the script) and for registering the required information in the appropriate format(s) to make each interaction billable.

- Provide the customers with the correct service by giving product information, taking orders and by finding solutions for problems the customer may have.
- Ensure that all scripts are actively used and adhered to. Any script discrepancies are to be reported to the Team Leader.
- When registering orders, responsible for ensuring that each order is filled in completely and correctly in line with scripts and procedures.
- Register interactions in the complete and correct format(s) in order to make the interactions billable.
- Ensure that complaints are handled in a correct way and that the department/person related to the complaint is informed.
- Handle credit card authorisations.
- Ensure adherence to confidentiality clauses, including but not limited to data- and customer privacy models and laws.
- Any other duties as assigned by management.

 

Requirements
Profile of the suitable candidate:

- Education level: Intermediate Vocational Training/Education. (MBO, Middelbaar Beroeps Onderwijs)
- Linguistic skills; Native speaker in ITALIAN language (plus comparable to native speaker in one or more additional languages) and a very good business command of English to communicate with colleagues and to follow training.
- Familiarise oneself quickly with new products.
- Excellent communication and sales skills; Friendly and clear telephone voice, service minded, pro-active and convincing.
- Accurate, punctual.
- Trustworthy, reliable.  
- YOU MUST BE LIVING CLOSE TO APELDOORN AS IT IS STILL ANOTHER 20 MINUTES BY BUS FROM THE APELDOORN TRAIN STATION!        

Salary indication
€1485 before taxes+ 100% travel reimbursement by public transport
