Trilingual Advertising Account Executive

Role: Trilingual Advertising Account Executive
The experienced Advertising Account Executive will be working with different Account Teams on various accounts.
. On a day-to-day level manage - and take ownership of – the adaptation of one-off ads as well as complex international campaigns either working independently or with other members of the team.
Specifically:
. Take briefs from agencies/clients, ensure that all information necessary to carrying out the job is obtained
. Brief copywriters and evaluate copy provided by writers against the brief, request and manage internal revisions as needed
. Provide production support (print/TV/radio/etc.) if required
. Present proposals (via phone/e-mail for the most part) to clients
. Manage client’s requests for revisions with copywriters, agencies and assessing any revisions against the original brief. Obtain local client approvals
. Administrative: Open job numbers, prepare estimates/obtain approvals, send POs
Profile:
. Fluent English plus either any Western European language, Mandarin or Japanese
. Extensive experience of project management/account handling within:
. International agency experience (ATL, BTL, TTL and/or interactive)
. The marketing services department of an advertiser (client-side)
. A production facility or other relevant advertising industry supplier
. A translation agency
. A degree in a subject related to language/linguistics, marketing/ communications or media, or equivalent education
. Previous/current work experience with a track record of successfully handling complex and multifaceted project, possibly related to the adaptation and/or production of international communications materials
. Working to (often) quite tight timings under pressure
. Some experience working on international business and experience of the complexities working . Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint computer programmes)
