Salary: £20000 -£25000

This internationally recognised and award winning organisation, are now increasing their governance within the global marketplace by extending their European operations. Consequently they require an experienced leasing Processor to fill this integral role.

The Company

Since their inception over five years ago this dynamic and forward thinking company has operated as a mediator between the major cellular networks and mobile phone base station landlords. As pioneers in real estate management for the cellular industry, this market leading company is renowned for negotiating leases and poised for further growth in the forthcoming months.

The Role

Essentially,you will be fluent in both English and Italian. You will have experience or a background in legal real estate and/or property documentation, ideally around four years previous experience in a similar role. You will be tasked with the review and distribution of complex leasing documents and contracts. Naturally you will have excellent written communication skills and have the ability to type 50-70 wpm. Candidates with a legal employee certificate are of particular interest although this is not an essential requirement. Ideally you will have a number of years experience within a similar role.
