Job Title: Japanese Speaking Assistant Planning Manager
Skills: Fluent Japanese and English
Salary: £24 - 27.5K
Working Hours: 09:00 -17:00

Mail duties:
Monthly
-Send monthly sales result report (previous month) to Tokyo (on 1st of month)
-Wincains month-end operation
-Wincains stock and purchase adjustment
-Customer sell-out compilation
-Prepare documents for review meeting : Agenda, Minutes, Customer Sellout,, Listing Status, Competitor Comparison
-Send revised plan to Tokyo (Timepiece) (after review meeting)
-Circulate minutes from review meeting (within 2 days of review meeting)
-Wincains Cost transfer to AS400
-Monthly sales forecast report to Tokyo (with EA)
-Shipping-way request to Tokyo

Daily
-Sales against Target Update
-Stock report review - monitor backorders, incoming shipments, held stock etc.
-By model sales status - update against plan
-By customer sales status - update against plan
-Shipping Schedule updates - key models and backorder models
-Shipping progress
-Sales Status
-New Model Information / samples / images etc.
-Dixons sellout reporting
-Extra purchases / stock transfers from Europe
-Local accessory purchases
-New Model Set-ups (Operations Division)
-Contract Pricing requests (Operations Division)
-Rework requests (Operations Division)
-Stock Freeze / Allocation requests (Operations Division)
-Shipping Schedule updates - key models and backorder models (Operations Division)
-CE Declarations (Service Division)
