Job Title: Norwegian, Danish or Dutch speaking Customer Services
Skills: Fluent Norwegian, Danish or Dutch. Customer support experience.
Salary: To £17.5k
Location: Oxfordshire
Your role:
- Responsible for all incoming post (applications and cheques),
- Dealing with the incoming calls from associates wishing to place orders and have queries resolved. Occasional outbound calling will be necessary for chasing payment and information missing from applications.
- Process returned orders for refunding, send letters and information packs to all new associates.
- Respond to emails from associates
- Take bookings for any upcoming events
- Updating accounts as and when required
- Processing new orders and applications
- Commission queries
- Filing
- Proof reading
- Small translations
