Job Description
Excellent opportunity for Dutch speakers to take on a temporary customer service role for a leading commercial organisation in Southend. You will need to be fluent in Dutch and have excellent customer service skills.
Duties include;
Work as part of a team to provide world-class customer service and achieve personal targets.
Take on Team Manager duties where appropriate
Assist with the training and development on new members on the department/team
Maintain understanding of Bank procedures and policies through Regular Reading and Viewing
Adhere to FSA guidelines in relation to customer complaints and ensure complaint escalation process is followed at all times
·Ensure delegated discretionary limits and benefit of the doubt processes are applied when dealing with requests for refunds and gestures of goodwill
Deal with and process all customer communications within agreed standards, providing a high quality experience
Exceed customer expectations in service enquiries

Salary: £10 per hour
Proven track record of achieving customer service excellence
In depth knowledge of credit card industry
Required, Fluent in Dutch spoken and written
Excellent keyboard and P.C. skills
Exemplary telephone manner
Be able to communicate effectively both written & orally
Work effectively on own or as part of a team whilst maintaining the best interest of the business
Have a flexible and adaptable approach to work
The ability to work well under pressure
Own and maintain personal development plan
