Sales Analyst / Coordinator / European Marcoms (Electronics)

SALARY: £27-32k basic plus 15% on target bonus.

LOCATION: Stockley Park, Uxbridge (commutable from Heathrow, Slough, Staines, Watford, High Wycombe, Fulham and West London).

Our client is a prestigious provider of electronic and IT products to the consumer and commercial sectors in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa).

ROLE:
The successful candidate will be the main contact for the co-ordination of sales channel reporting and analysis and will support the European Emerging Markets team in sales management and overall administration tasks. The coordinator is also responsible for the execution and coordination of all EMEA communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Preparation and distribution of all sales related reports generated in a format enabling decision making.
b) Support local, operational, channel requests i.e. pricing, exclusive products, promotions etc. in cooperation with relevant departments.
c) Assist to make timely decisions and to take effective actions with regard to the channel analysis and coordinate channel sales related issues.
d) Actively participate and support the budget process on channel and customer level.
e) Participate in channel improvement projects in order to support the strategy and operation.
f) Direct contact for reporting requests from internal Regional Sales Office channel staff or management.
g) Primary contact person for the Channel Professional managing information flow and prioritising tasks in their absence.
h) Develop sales presentations and responsible for channel administration activities.
i) Support local markets through sharing of marketing (communications) files and information relevant to timely introduce and sell products and services working together with the marketing communications manager and other marketing functions in the organisation.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
a) Business or marketing degree preferred (equivalent experience considered).
b) You MUST have experience in a similar sales/marketing co-ordination and analytical role in a European or global business.
c) Strong analytical and reporting skills, you must be advanced in MS Excel.
d) Excellent verbal and written communication skills proven in international environments
e) European languages are very desirable.
