Insight Analyst – Central London – Up to £32k + Excellent Benefits

A leading marketing agency seeks an Insight Analyst to join their award winning organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business and marketing intelligence to end clients, ensuring partnerships and relationships are maximised.

Responsibilities:

•Ensure all analytical requirements are met by taking responsibility for an analysis plan to meet the requirements of the end client
•Ensure all workplans and deadlines are met
•Maintain regular contact with relationship managers
•Work closely with the Insight Manager to identify and perform high impact analysis
•Develop good working relationships with end clients ensuring best practise is delivered at all times
•Use influencing skills to ensure end clients act upon recommendations set by the business
•Work with the end clients and insights team to ensure that campaign strategies make the most effective use of the database
•Ensure the mailing extract process is error-free and delivered to agreed timelines

Key Skills & Experience:

•1-2 years SAS/SPSS experience
•1-2 years Customer Insight/Campaignsexperience
•In-depth experience of working with large datasets or an MSc in a maths/stats discipline
•Strong communication skills
•Previous experience working in a Retail/FMCG/Marketing Agency environment is advantageous
•A Maths/Stats/Science degree
