Role: You will be responsible for managing your country online gaming team that involves support a range of in-game issues such as new levels, bugs. Besides, you will be responsible of the management of the community, organizing game related events and purchasing add-ons as well as making sure that all the support and ad hoc support queries of your team are performed with optimal quality.

Skills: You will possess native fluency of least two of the following: Dutch, French, German or Portuguese and excellent English. The ideal candidates will possess solid team lead skills preferably in a customer service or technical support environment. In addition you will need MMORPG knowledge and an interest in computer games, online gaming and have good pc skills.
