German speaking Customer Service Administrator
Surrey
Long term temporary role (12 months)
Up o £24,500 per year pro-rata
Large multinational company based in Surrey, requires a German speaker to join their Customer Services team.
The purpose of the role is to carry out accurate and timely processing of customer orders for a portfolio of accounts and for the resolution of internal and external customer queries. In addition, this role is responsible for investigating customer claims and, where relevant, issuing credit notes to ensure that DSO and other key financial performance targets are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Accurate data entry of customer orders
- Escalation of stock allocation and customer service issues to Team Leader
- Developing and maintaining internal and external customer relationships
- Management of customer query clearance, identifying and putting in place action plans to eliminate the source problem
- Returns management from customers' warehouses
- Accurate and timely query handling, including early crediting of valid customer deductions to achieve DSO target
- Conducting trade visits with sales representatives if required and visit local company to represent the Department as necessary
Required Skills and Experience:
- Fluent in both German and English
- Previous customer order management experience
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) and good team player
- Ability to work under pressure, a sense of urgency and attention to detail
This is a long term temporary role, with an expected duration of 12 months.
Pay rate: Up to £24,500 per year, pro-rata.
