Company: Our client is a well-known company in the automotive industry with more than 18,000 employees. More than 90 years experience designing and producing innovative equipment components for the vehicle market made them become a Fortune 500 with branches in more than 20 countries worldwide. They are now looking for professional agents to give technical support and troubleshoot client issues.
Role: As a member of their support team your task will involve giving 1st and 2nd level technical assistance to their client\'s requests via telephone and email. This is a varied role that will see you interact with users and other divisions and departments of the company. You will also introduce and supervise orders ensuring the best quality service to the client.
Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role. He/She is a fluent Swedish, English, German and speaker. He/She will have detailed Microsoft IT knowledge (Hardware and Software), database working knowledge and some experience in order tracking and management.
He/ She will be service oriented with good IT skills, excellent phone manner and with good communication skills.
