Company: Our client is a renowned company in the automotive industry with more than 5,000 employees. They have been delivering a range of high-tech services and solutions for more than 20 years and are NASDAQ quoted. In response to customer needs they have established their European Operations centre in France. From Strasbourg they support their EMEA customer base constantly striving to improve the customer experience.

Role: As their customer base grows new opportunities exist for multi-lingual professionals. You will be trained in their latest products and solutions to allow you perform your role effectively. This position is suited to someone who relishes multi-tasking and variety in their role as you will be managing many transactions simultaneously.

Working alongside the sales and technical teams you will respond to customer calls for product pricing, product information and quotations regarding their products. In addition you will process and track orders and quotes assuring customer satisfaction and back office support.

This is a varied and complex support role that requires organisation skills\', customer focus and sales support qualities.

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-5 years customer service or sales order management/ processing skills. You will have detailed customer skills, database knowledge and have experience in order tracking and management. In addition you will require fluency in Dutch plus German, French or English to native-level fluency (written and spoken). Knowledge of and additional language is an advantage!
