We are recruiting two Spanish speaking Customer Relation Advisors to support our customer base in Spain. Working hours will be from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for 5 days over 7.
Clear, concise communication, delivered in an upbeat, enthusiastic manner is key to satisfying our customers, and this is what we expect from our Customer Relations Advisors. You値l be responsible for providing a high quality service, at all times, through clear communication both written and verbal. You値l ensure our brand is fully supported at all times and that all queries are resolved to the satisfaction of all.
You値l be fluent in Spanish and English. You will have worked in a Customer Relations Advisor role, ideally within telecoms but this is not essential. You値l be a patient, confident and articulate communicator, with the drive and motivation to achieve. You値l demonstrable experience of planning and organising, working in a team effectively and in demonstrating initiative.
