Microsoft System engineer - Luxembourg - €400 per day

Our Client is a worldwide leader in outsourcing services across all sectors. In response to a key customer need, they are looking for a Microsoft Specialist to work on a long assignment.

Role: Microsoft System engineer

Duties:
- Performing customer workstation administration environment.
- Operate and maintain the workstation Infrastructure.
- Procure, install, configure and administrate Intel Based workstations
- Identify, diagnose and debug problems related to hardware components as well as assess, review and validate components upgrades
- Install, configure, administrate MS Windows workstations OS
- Identify, diagnose and debug problems related to OS, review, install and validate OS patches including lab and field trials
- Liaise with 3rd parties for support keep the workstation infrastructure under configuration control; ensure that the configuration is supported by the vendors
- Keep provide to the other IT teams workstations resources upon request

Important skills :
- MCSE XP and 2003 .
- VB.Net and VB Script knowledge
- WINPE Tool
- SYSPREP Tool
- 5 years experience on workstation management and migration project

Spoken Language: Fluent French

Project Duration: 2 Years

Location: Luxembourg

Start date: 01 June 2009

Tariff: € 400 per day (all inclusive)
