We are recruiting a new team of Dutch speaking Customer Relations Advisors to support our new customer base in Holland. It’s an exciting time for us, as we recruit for our ever expanding company.

Clear, concise communication, delivered in an upbeat, enthusiastic manner is key to satisfy customers, and this is exactly what we expect from our advisors. You’ll be responsible for providing a high quality service, at all times, through clear communication both written and verbal. You’ll ensure our brand is fully supported at all times and that all customer queries are resolved to the satisfaction of all.

You’ll be fluent in Dutch and English. If you can converse to a professional standard in Chinese or Polish in addition, this would be ideal, but not essential. You’ll be a patient, confident and articulate communicator, with the drive and motivation to achieve. You’ll have demonstrable experience in planning and organising, working in a team effectively and excellent communications skills.
