Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Advisor who can speak English and Spanish to native level (any additional languages would be an advantage).
The successful applicant will be liaising with customers, engineers and fitters who have technical questions and all other customer service queries.
The successful candidate will:
Be fluent in English and Spanish.
Have a technical background or technical knowledge.
Have excellent problem solving skills.
Have the ability to resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Full technical training will be provided.
