Job Description
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to use your Mandarin on a daily basis! Working for one of the world\'s foremost telecoms companies, you will support the sales team who are launching a new mobile handset. Much of the time, they will be based in China, hence the need for the language. Duties will inculde:
• Create Team Holiday & Leave Chart –keep track and record all staff leave/absences etc. Also keep track of work trips- so we are aware of who is away and when.
• Organising customer and internal meetings, particularly whilst members of the team are travelling
• Organising Visa\'s
• Support with reports and follow up.
• Coordinating collateral for meetings.
• Shipping product and collateral to customers, vendors etc.
• Handle team expenses
• Book meeting rooms for internal and external meetings
• Assist in organising team workshops lunches/dinners and collating any material required before key meetings/setting up conf calls with new system.
• Create full egencia travel profile details for everybody in the team (passport details/ frequent flyer nos/ meal preferences etc) & keep it up to date. Allso assist with arranging visas/passports
• Assist with key event coordination- eg 3GSM Barcelona
• Create master list of staff – including new starters and leavers- full staff contact details etc
Office management- Ordering kitchen & stationery supplies & staff business cards
• Handset ordering and couriering/posting to suppliers& potential customers- keeping track of SIMS & handsets
