gem is a privately owned Outsourced Contact Centre based in Belfast City Centre, Northern Ireland. gem operate across 4 sites; 2 in Belfast (5mins walking distance), one in L’Derry and a recently opened centre in Debrecen, Hungary. There are over 800 employees working across different global clients such as MSN, Cisco, Clearwire, Match.com, King.com and Electronic Arts. Approximately 40% of our staff are multilingual agents and we support over 29 languages.

Do you have the following:
6 months experience of working in a customer care / retail / sales environment, preferably with telephone skills.
Possess good key-board skills and internet skills
A team player and takes an active role in generating positive team morale.
Excellent written and spoken English
