FRENCH VIDEO GAME MASTER
Permanent position based in Dublin

Responsibilities:

- Answer customer (technical and non technical) queries via email (no telephone)
- Collect, investigate and document data regarding in-game issues and bugs
- Organize, communicate and execute events for the community
e.g. reading and responding to postings in the forum, collect feedback and working together with fan sites, support users in-game
- Translation of in-game text and website content


Profile:

- French with very good level of English
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in Customer Support, Community Management or Game Mastering
- Working knowledge of Publishing packages such as Photoshop and Quark
- A passion for games and in particular MMORPGs
- Good team spirit
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong self-motivation and high level of commitment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Customer-oriented
- General familiarity with Internet based applications and text processing
