RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS – Pharmaceuticals – Scientific/Regulatory Affairs/Sales/Marketing

We are seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants to work within our Pharmaceutical Division and would like to hear from Consultants who have experience recruiting in Sales, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs or Scientific markets. These roles are ideal for Consultants seeking the next step in their recruitment career, as we provide continuous training coupled with a clear career progression path, where promotion is based on merit.

In this role you will;

•Run a dual desk – recruiting for both contract and permanent positions
•Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through to offer negotiation
•Developing client relationships by way of new business generation and managing existing clients
•Work independently within a team framework, where your ideas and input for growth are respected
•Become a specialist within our niche markets, with no geographical limitations

You will be a proven biller within recruitment, with experience gained within the above markets. European language skills such as Russian, German, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish or Spanish would also be beneficial in these roles.
