We have a fantastic Opportunity with a world leading supplier based the Manchester area.

We are looking for a Bi lingual candidate who is experienced in Credit control.

You must be able to speak both French & Slovakian.

Your role will include:

Making and receiving telephone calls to chase outstanding debt by telephone
You will also chase outstanding debt by letter and email
You will manage your own ledger of clients and take ownership of accounts
You will work to monthly cash collection targets
You will be liaising with other departments and divisions of the business to solve problems and answer debt related queries
Reconciling accounts to reduce levels of unmatched cash
Ad hoc duties to suit the business needs

Skills needed:

Languages: French & Slovakian
Customer service experience, good telephone manner and able to communicate on all levels
Numerical and verbal reasoning skills
Proactive with a "Can do" attitude
Good analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent IT skills


The role is initially temporary; however there is a strong possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.

The company is based in Trafford Park, car parking included, plus easy to reach on public transport.

Salary circa £17,200 per annum.
