Our Client: A world-renowned and highly respected online poker powerhouse, our client is searching for talented bilingual Customer Service stars to lead their rapid expansion. This is a sensational opportunity for ambitious poker enthusiasts to jump aboard one of the betting industrys foremost brands.
Job Requirements:
Native speaker of one of the below listed languages, with a good command of English:
1. Danish
2. Swedish
3. Finnish
4. Bulgarian
5. Russian
Tasks:
Fast, accurate and thorough responses to numerous e-mails per shift.
Managing player accounts (passwords, cash transfers, account privileges).
Hosting final tables of tournaments.
Providing information on player deposits and cashouts.
Informing players about our clients current promotions.
Reviewing client log files to resolve technical issues.
Assisting players with connection issues.
Informing players about games and game rules.
Interpreting hand histories for players.
Researching hand histories for possible collusion or all-in abuse.
Responding to player concerns about site integrity.
Skills and Experience:
Ability to work in a high-volume work environment.
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm; 60 wpm or more preferred.
Additional European languages, an asset.
Strong knowledge of both online and brick-and-mortar poker (minimum 2 years playing experience).
Basic knowledge of online money processing - (e.g. transactions via credit card, NETeller etc.).
