The European Compliance Team are seeking to recruit an individual to work in the Trade Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting to the Process Lead the sucessful applicant will be responsible for processing trade promotional invoices and managing the payments and deduction matching across a number of European markets including the Germanics & Nordics.
This role is highly results driven and therefore requires an individual who has the ability to deliver against targets and multi task as required.
Responsibilities
Ensuring the timely and accurate processing of trade invoices / deductions
Reviewing payment files prior to them being sent to Citibank
Preparing month end balance sheet account reconciliations and following up any aged items
Providing excellent levels of customer service to internal & external customers
Ensuring process manuals & procedures are kept up to date & comply with Section 404 requirements
Project work & support to standardise and improve processes
Skills and Experience
• Preferably shared service centre experience in payables or receivables
• SAP or similar systems experience is desirable
• A second European language (ideally German)
• Team Player with first class communication, co-ordination & interpersonal skills
