We are a multinational company based in London that deals with Diplomatic Missions.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager, ideally fluent in Russian and English who will help us build and lead a new team for a project being launched in November 2008.

Salary will be in the region of £26,000 - £28,000 plus performance related bonus.

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Russian and English
- The ability to build, lead and motivate a team
- An analytical and service orientated approach to business processes
- You can handle pressure and work well to deadlines
- You are highly system and process orientated
- Have an Operational, Service industry or Logistics background
- A can-do, problem solving attitude

Daily duties and responsibilities will include;

- Overall responsibility for a busy customer facing application centre
- Administration and people management responsibilities
- Sourcing and building relationships with new suppliers/contractors
- All security related issues
- Assigning of duties and rostering of staff
- Development, training and implementation of new processes
- Customer/applicant satisfaction
- Relationship management with Diplomatic Missions and consulate officials
- Ensuring compliance to prescribed systems

This is certainly not an exhaustive list of duties, as dealing with staff and the general public always brings new challenges on a daily basis.
