The global leader in interactive learning technology, we enable
teachers to motivate, engage and assess learners with products that
integrate text, images, web, video and audio content.
To help us further expand our business, we are now looking for a
suitably qualified candidate for a German/English Customer Support/Helpdesk Advisor
As a German/English Customer Support/Helpdesk Advisor you will be a key member of the technical support team, and will be responsible for:
• 1st line telephone and email technical support to a wide customer base
• Problem solving with the customers to bring about a speedy resolution to their enquiries.
• Maintaining a detailed history on the Call Management System of all issues reported to customer support.
To be successful as a German/English Customer Support/Helpdesk Advisor you will:
• Be fluent in German and English
• Have good working knowledge of PC configuration and Windows operating systems
• Have previous helpdesk experience
• Have excellent management and organisational skills.
• Be enthusiastic and highly motivated
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Be customer focused
