Job Role

Our client, a large multinational are currently recruiting Bilingual Property Consultants for their offices in London, Leicester or Manchester
Purpose of Role
• To develop and manage a network of corporate and individual agents in the UK, Ireland and worldwide in order to maximize the sale of properties.
• To optimize revenues and profitability through excellent ongoing management of a current portfolio of agents and individuals.
• To close all sales from direct, indirect, leads and agents means.
You will be required to work in a target driven sales environment which requires you to be enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative. A background in property sales, Investment sales, off-plan sales or International Property sales is not required but desired.

General Responsibilities in this role

• Fluency in English + European Language
• The ability to close all property sales
• To establish, own and drive the effective management of your agent base, in a cohesive and strategic manner.
• Required to train your own agents by providing them with updated information while pushing product sales through these sources
• To cold call new clients and agents through the telephone and office visits
• The ability to communicate effectively with senior people from all sectors
• An excellent track record as a team player
• Excellent organisational, relationship and power point presentation skills
• Provide strong and effective influence to the business to acquire and manage customers for long-term gain rather than short term quick win where commercially appropriate
• Prepare client reviews and reports on a quarterly, half and yearly basis.
• Close client liaison, providing timely feedback, information and stats as required.

Salary is £18k Basic, £40k OTE
