Responsibilities include:

• Managing and effectively planning a multilingual customer service and technical support team
• Ensuring client satisfaction on quality and service levels
• Communicating and monitoring company policies, procedures and performance goals
• Conducting regular and constructive feedback sessions and performance reviews
• Ensuring that staff have the knowledge, skills and equipment required to carry out their function
• Recruiting staff including conducting interviews and liaising with recruitment agencies
• Developing and implementing employee work schedules
• Resolving any escalated calls/issues

Preferred skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and one other language (Spanish/Portuguese/Dutch/Swedish/Danish/Finnish/Norwegian)
• Contact/call centre people management experience
• Educated to at least HND level or equivalent qualification
• Report writing and analytical skills
• Ability to identify problems, collate data, establish facts and draw conclusions
