My client, an international company, based in Peterborough is looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual to join their “Travel Customer Service team” to take incoming calls and emails from French and English customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with booking travel using Sabre, accommodation, restaurants, sightseeing trips and will also use the internet to come up with innovative ideas for customers when visiting other countries and tailoring Holiday packages for both Business and Consumer Clients

The successful candidate will be/will have
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Knowledge of ticketing Software packages including Sabre/Galileo/Amadeus!
- Excellent IT skills and a knowledge of the internet
- Excellent customer services skills
- Creative and innovative
